About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Client Manager to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our clients to drive expansion and renewals across all solution areas.

As a Client Manager, you will leverage our company's tools and methodologies to analyze client situations and business requirements, and develop and drive organization strategy with local client managers within assigned regional accounts.

You will work closely with our network of offices to deliver an excellent client experience in each relevant market, and use engagement skills to establish account strategies with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships to drive expansion and renewals across all solution areas within assigned regional clients.
  • Build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Work with and through our company's network of offices to deliver an excellent client experience in each relevant market.
  • Realize revenue and margin targets and maximize sales opportunities through connecting client needs with our company's offerings and solutions.
  • Develop and drive organization strategy with local client managers within assigned regional accounts.
  • Use engagement skills to establish account strategies with key stakeholders.
  • Minimize churn and maximize retention in assigned accounts.
  • Use our company's sales tools and methodology to effectively manage the accounts, opportunities, pipelines, and forecast.
  • Be fully aware of and understand the International Trade Policy.
  • Meet or exceed quota targets through comprehensive account management.
  • Grow the profitability, revenues, and client satisfaction levels for our company's regional clients' portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Sales business acumen.
  • Sales client engagement and management.
  • Sales solution skills.
  • Sales pursuit.
  • Seasoned experience in a global partner management role.
  • Seasoned experience in a sales environment and/or customer service role.
  • Seasoned experience in the IT or professional services industry with a focus on business development and/or sales.
  • Seasoned experience in driving alignment to a common vision and working across multiple stakeholders to achieve sales growth.
  • Seasoned sales orientation with experience working with clients and business teams.
  • Seasoned experience gained in a similar client manager role.
  • Seasoned experience working with our company's contact platform.
