Senior Data Specialist with Italian Language Expertise

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elevate the shopping experience with your language expertise by processing a variety of tasks with exceptional efficiency and quality.
  • Work in close partnership with our seasoned Operations Manager and Data Associates to drive critical process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Track and report on crucial operational metrics of Data Associates, ensuring flawless delivery on all KPIs and SLAs.
  • Collaborate with your team to identify and implement process efficiencies, continuously enhancing productivity.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both English and Italian (C1/C2 level), with a special focus on writing and editing skills and a strong command of grammar.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • Previous experience in content creation, copywriting, or editorial work.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like linguistics.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
