We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Management Director to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue strategies to maximize hotel revenue and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and revenue management decisions.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate with hotel General Managers and sales teams to ensure effective communication and execution of revenue management strategies.
- Monitor and analyze revenue data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Provide training and support to hotel staff on revenue management best practices.
- 2-year degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1 year of experience in revenue management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
