Key Responsibilities- Provide post-sales technical support to customers via phone, email, and web remote support
- Configure, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues with our products and services
- Work closely with development, sales, quality assurance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Develop and publish technical support bulletins and user documentation in our knowledge base
- Collaborate with sales and sales engineering teams to resolve customer issues and improve product offerings
- BS/MS or equivalent experience in a related field
- 8+ years of deep technical knowledge and experience in technical support
- Advanced certifications such as CCIE/JNCIE/CISSP are an advantage
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to debug complex technical issues and provide solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Profound knowledge of networking protocols and security technologies
