Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining vendor master data, handling the recording and posting of incoming invoices, and providing support in closing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor master data
- Record and post incoming invoices in our workflow and SAP system
- Be responsible for account reconciliation and clarification
- Provide support in closing activities
- Post other business transactions in the area of accounts payable accounting
Requirements
- Completed a commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
- Experience in accounts payable accounting/finance position
- Solid experience in using MS Office and ideally with SAP R/3 or comparable systems
- Careful and independent work style paired with high resilience
- Positive attitude towards work, high level of commitment and teamwork, as well as excellent communication skills
- Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
