Job Description

**About the Role**

Reconocida Empresa is seeking a highly skilled Operational Risk Manager to join our EMEA business team. As a strategic support role, you will report directly to the Finance Director and be accountable for ensuring the effective first line of defense and providing support to the Executive and senior management in the identification, assessment, management, and reporting of risk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Risk Management: Create and maintain market Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) within GRC RCSA module.
  • Controls Effectiveness: Provision of controls reporting on behalf of the market to stakeholders within all three lines of defense.
  • Issues Management: Capture, triage, maintenance, and reporting of market issues data within GRC Issue Tracking module.
  • Loss Event Management: Capture, maintain, and report market Loss Events within GRC Loss Events module.
  • Risk Monitoring and Review: Produce good quality standardized market risk, issue, and loss event MI to meet RMC deadlines.
  • Policy Compliance: Facilitate communication and market adoption of new and revised Global and Regional policy requirements.
  • Risk Governance: Providing monthly Risk reporting to GRM for the EMEA RMC.
