About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate Manager to join our team at TASQ Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our Operational Risk Management team, you will be responsible for deploying risk frameworks in the business and working closely with multiple leaders and supporting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement Operational Risk Management frameworks to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess operational risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  3. Conduct thorough investigations into operational risks, including fraud, business risk, and other types of risk.
  4. Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  5. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the business to ensure that risk management strategies are aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 6 years of experience in Operational Risk Management, with a strong understanding of industry best practices and risk tools.
  2. Proven track record of deploying risk frameworks in a business environment and driving change management initiatives.
  3. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex risk management concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and assess operational risks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience working in the travel industry or a related vertical.
  2. Knowledge of industry best practices in risk management and compliance.
