Key Responsibilities
  1. Operational Excellence Program Execution

You will be responsible for executing our Operational Excellence program, driving early detection of risks and issues, and supporting the business to fix them rapidly, in line with risk appetite.

Issue Management

You will drive the issue management process, ensuring that risks and issues are identified and addressed promptly and effectively.

Governance Framework

You will ensure that our governance framework is effective and streamlined, aligned with our company's governance standards, and supports business processes and change management.

Enabling Business Growth

You will manage the end-to-end risk assessment process for all new products, platforms, and capabilities, supporting and enabling business growth.

Audit Engagement

You will support the business in managing audits, educate the audit team on proper audit engagement and reviews, and provide operational risk input into audit findings.

Process Risk Self-AssessmentRequirements
