Responsable Financiero

Buscamos un profesional experimentado en finanzas para unir su equipo en Page Personnel. Este puesto es ideal para aquellos que buscan desafíos y oportunidades de crecimiento en un entorno dinámico y multicultural.

Responsabilidades
  • Finanzas y Contabilidad: Coordinar y supervisar la gestión financiera y contable de los proyectos y activos, incluyendo facturación, gestión contractual, garantías, fianzas, rent roll, clausulados, revisiones IPC, carencias, rentas escalonadas, gestión tributaria y administrativa.
  • Reporting y Análisis: Participar en la elaboración de informes mensuales, trimestrales y anuales sobre la actividad económica de los activos, incluyendo KPI ́s, Business Plan, NOI, Budgeting & Forecasting Analysis.
  • Liderazgo y Formación: Liderar y formar al personal del área, asegurando la implementación de políticas y procedimientos financieros y contables.
  • Coordinación y Supervisión: Coordinar y supervisar a los contables internacionales y nacionales, asegurando el cumplimiento en plazo y forma de las obligaciones estatutarias y de impuestos.
Requisitos
  • Experiencia mínima de 4 años en puesto financiero similar o con responsabilidad de gestión demostrable.
  • Formación universitaria en Económicas, Empresariales o Administración y Dirección de Empresas o similar.
  • Amplios conocimientos financieros y contables, valorable Máster o especialidad en Auditoría y Contabilidad, Control de Gestión o similar.
  • Nivel muy alto de francés.
  • Informática: Usuario de sistemas informáticos (Office), especialmente un buen manejo de Excel, PowerPoint y Word.
  • Valorable: conocimientos de sistemas operativos, YARDI, SAP, TABLEAU.
