**Retail Management Specialist**
We are looking for a skilled and experienced retail management specialist to join our organization.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing retail operations, including POS design, production, and deployment.
They will analyze market insights to develop strategies for effective retail coverage and market penetration.
The successful candidate will oversee co-marketing campaigns, including roadshow activities and return on investment (ROI) calculations.
In addition, they will manage field force management, including hiring, execution, key performance indicator (KPI) setting, and agency management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage POS design, production, and deployment
- Analyze market insights to develop strategies for effective retail coverage and market penetration
- Oversee co-marketing campaigns, including roadshow activities and ROI calculations
- Manage field force management, including hiring, execution, KPI setting, and agency management
**Requirements:**
- Proficiency in Spanish is mandatory; English proficiency is preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in comprehensive retail management operations
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis
- Ability to independently manage suppliers and negotiate with retailers
- Demonstrates logical thinking, management and coordination skills, operational execution, learning agility, and stress resistance
