Retail Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Retail Training & Development Specialist to join our team at tn-spain. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging training programs that elevate customer service and product knowledge among retail staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and organize employee training projects with focus on retail store staff development;
- Evaluate training needs create new content aligned with company strategy;
- Develop implement training programs through various channels including our retail training app;
- Foster product knowledge customer service skills among retail staff;
- Collaborate US Training team other departments ensure consistent training efforts across EU countries;
- Work closely field Training Store Managers provide coaching support;
- Maintain training effectiveness surveys ROI analysis.
- Bachelor degree in Training & Development Communication related field;
- Fluent English language skills additional languages plus;
- Knowledge LMS training authoring tools e.g Articulate Rise;
- MS-Office proficiency particularly PowerPoint Excel;
- 2-3 years experience similar role industry;
- Excellent digital social media knowledge;
- Creative innovative approach strong passion fashion industry;
- International background multicultural environment experience plus;
- Strong interpersonal communication skills;
- Ability work effectively fast-paced environment.
