Job Description

Overview

Acttiv is seeking an experienced Entertainment Manager to lead our team of entertainers in the Canary Islands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for organizing and implementing daytime and evening activities, ensuring a high-quality entertainment experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and launch a comprehensive entertainment program, including daytime and evening activities
  • Organize and manage the schedules of our entertainers, ensuring seamless execution of events
  • Provide regular reports on entertainment activities to Acttiv management
  • Ensure adherence to Acttiv's quality policy and standards
  • Collaborate with the area coordinator to achieve entertainment goals
  • Monitor time recording and ensure accurate reporting
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Engage with guests and team members to build a positive and inclusive atmosphere

Requirements

  • At least one season of experience as an Entertainment Manager
  • Excellent command of Spanish and English languages
  • Valued education in tourism, hospitality, or related fields (not essential)
  • Proficiency in office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Availability for at least one year from start date
