Barcelona Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our team in Barcelona.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert assistance to our clients and partners, employing a consultative approach to account management. This involves developing business strategies for sustained growth on the account, creating and maintaining relationships to preserve long-term visibility of techniques and strategies, and researching new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts.
You will also be responsible for tracking, managing, and reporting ongoing activity relative to the sales pipeline, responding to client or partner calls, and consistently achieving and exceeding KPIs.
Requirements- A native level of Dutch/Flemish and a good level of English
- Previous experience in B2B Sales and working with channel
- Goal-oriented and achievement-driven
- An attentive listener, comfortable and skilled at communicating with people
- Energetic, innovative, and proactive at a fast pace
- A full-time contract with 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- A competitive salary of €24,600 gross per year (based on industry standards and location), plus up to €3,000 gross per year in bonus
