The Head of Master Data leads and implements the organization's master data strategy, collaborating with business leaders, IT executives, and data experts to foster a data-driven decision-making culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define data vision, goals, and enhance master data solutions for a unified view
  • Manage a team of data professionals to achieve excellence in defining data governance policies and aligning data management with partner teams and departments
  • Report to the Chief Operational Excellence Risk Officer

Requirements

This role requires a strong understanding of data governance and master data management principles, as well as excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
