About the Role

Criteo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Data Governance Analyst to join our Finance Transformation team. As a key member of the Data Governance team, you will play a crucial role in defining and evolving our Data Governance Framework to maximize its impact, reach, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the definition and evolution of our Data Governance Framework, including data policies, roles and responsibilities, data catalog, governance committees, and data quality framework.
  • Support the deployment of our framework to data domains and data sets, including being a key point of contact and change agent for Data Governance, supporting the appointment of data owners and stewards, and maintaining the data catalog.
  • Support data stewards on data assurance and data quality, including understanding current processes and pain points, defining data quality business rules, and automated data quality monitoring.

Requirements

  • MS degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven working experience as a Data Governance analyst or a similar position.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
  • Fluent in English.
