About the Role

Criteo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Governance Lead to join our Finance Transformation team. As a key member of our Data Governance team, you will play a critical role in defining and evolving our Data Governance Framework to maximize its impact, reach, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the definition and evolution of our Data Governance Framework, including data policies, roles and responsibilities, data catalog, governance committees, and data quality framework.
  • Support the deployment of our framework to data domains and data sets, including being a key point of contact and change agent for Data Governance.
  • Support the appointment of data owners and stewards, and assist them in maintaining the data catalog.
  • Lead the data modeling maturation on the definition of core data sets to be built by the IT team and consumed by multiple applications and processes.
  • Support data stewards on data assurance and data quality, including understanding current processes and pain points, defining data quality business rules, and automated data quality monitoring.

Requirements

  • MS degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven working experience as a Data Governance analyst or a similar position.
  • High interest and proficiency in Data and BI, including data governance principles, data modeling, data quality/assurance, BI/reporting tools, and SQL.
  • Working experience on Commercial or Financial data domains would be a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mind-set.
  • Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced, technological, international, and intercultural environment.
  • Good communication, stakeholder management, and change management skillset.
  • Fluent in English.
