About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Operations Manager to join our team at Alstom Gruppe. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the execution of transportation activities for our Site, ensuring compliance with process and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships and operating contracts with key strategic providers
  • Drive transformation initiatives to improve transportation efficiency and reduce costs
  • Plan and execute transportation and logistics flows, including Customs activities
  • Liaise with the Global Transportation team to deploy the transportation strategy
  • Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support strategic programs and projects to achieve operational objectives
  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of the Indirect Sourcing strategy
  • Participate in Suppliers Performance and Business reviews

Requirements

  • Technical degree in transports or international commerce
  • 3-5 years of experience in customs management
  • 3 years of experience in transports management
  • High level of English proficiency
