Senior Manager Mergers

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager Mergers & Acquisitions to join our team at Worldwide Recruitment Energy. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing our M&A activities within the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement M&A strategies in line with our company's strategic goals.
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets, conducting thorough due diligence and financial analysis.
- Lead the negotiation and execution of M&A transactions, ensuring alignment with our company objectives and maximizing value.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal, financial, and regulatory advisors.
- Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation of potential acquisition targets.
- Assess synergies, risks, and strategic fit of potential deals.
- Develop and oversee integration plans to ensure smooth transition and realization of anticipated synergies.
- Monitor post-merger performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure strategic and operational alignment.
- Effectively communicate M&A plans and strategies to all stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Stay updated with market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- An MBA or additional certifications in finance or M&A are highly desirable.
- 8-10 years of experience in M&A roles, preferably in banking, Big 4, or companies in the renewable energy or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong knowledge of M&A processes and experience in executing transactions.
- Ability to develop and interpret complex financial models and valuations.
- International experience and ability to work in multicultural environments.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proactive and able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
