About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR generalist to join our growing team of HR Regional Partners in EMEA. As an HR Regional Partner, you will act as a consultant to people managers, delivering high-judgement advice and guidance on people-related topics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance on change management initiatives, performance improvement processes, and complex employee issues.
  • Facilitate development sessions to build manager effectiveness and capability.
  • Guide leaders through talent management and annual compensation processes.
  • Identify training opportunities to develop functional and leadership skills.
  • Support leaders with career conversations and growth plans.
What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will need strong knowledge of employment labour law, consulting skills, and the ability to build trust with stakeholders. You will also need to stay informed about legislative and Amazon-driven updates, and utilize strong written skills to update policy documents.
