About the Role

As an HR Generalist Intern at Amazon, you will play a key role in supporting the company's fast-paced operations. You will assist with internal communication efforts, develop training plans, and provide support to Amazon employees on a range of daily queries related to attendance, engagement, compensation, and other HR matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's operations
  • Assist with internal communication efforts to align teams across multiple countries
  • Help develop training plans and materials to address the evolving development needs of various teams
  • Provide support to Amazon employees on a range of daily queries related to attendance, engagement, compensation, and other HR matters
  • Assist HR teams with day-to-day operational routines and administrative tasks
  • Participate in process reviews to identify opportunities for simplification and automation
  • Compile comprehensive personnel statistics, reports, and performance evaluations to inform decision-making
