Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and cultivate strong client relationships to support business growth.
- Develop and execute account sales plans aligned with Remagin's strategic objectives.
- Drive sales of our products, systems, and solutions to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Expand our customer base by nurturing existing relationships and acquiring new clients.
- Advocate for customer needs and preferences to ensure client satisfaction.
- Implement and manage budgets and pricing to maximize profitability, under the guidance of the Regional Manager.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales and business development roles, with a talent for networking and relationship-building.
- Proficiency in pipeline management and CRM tools for project follow-up.
- Financial acumen and the ability to translate financial information into actionable insights.
- Expertise in solution-based selling, with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Strong skills in key account management, relationship building, negotiation, and contract management.
- In-depth knowledge and expertise across products & applications, engineering & specification, application development & innovation, regulation & policies, and BIM & construction design/planning software.
