Senior Europe COA Licensing Team Director

The Senior Europe COA Licensing Team Director position at Icon Plc is a client-facing leadership role that requires strategic thinking, leadership, and mentoring. As a key member of the COA Licensing Team in Europe, you will manage a team of 10-15 professionals, providing excellent delivery and ensuring client satisfaction by analyzing needs, offering solutions and quotes, coordinating with internal teams, and managing client relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth and integration of service areas in Europe.
- Maintain awareness of the pharma/biotech/medical device industry landscape to make informed decisions.
- Foster understanding and awareness of client relationships through effective communication and relationship management.
- Lead the Client Services team for Europe, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional client experience.
- Mentor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and opportunities for growth.
- Provide key customers with valuable information and research on COAs, positioning Icon Plc as a trusted partner.
In this role, you will contribute to organizational learning by obtaining client feedback and tracking issue resolution. You will be responsible for driving understanding and awareness of client relationships, maintaining awareness of the pharma/biotech/medical device industry landscape, and supporting the organization's growth and integration of service areas.
