About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Atlassian Solutions Expert to join our team at Adaptavist. As a key member of our consultancy team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Atlassian solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize your expertise in Atlassian products to gather and evaluate client requirements, conduct research, and present tailored solutions, making informed recommendations to drive business success.
- Maintain regular communication with a diverse range of stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and project progress.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, contributing to the definition of project scope and estimates, as well as assisting in solution design.
- Engage in internal knowledge-sharing and improvement initiatives, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with clients via remote meetings and work on-site at our office for four days a month, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional results.
Atlassian Implementation and Delivery
- Install, upgrade, and migrate Atlassian applications and associated technologies, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Design and implement custom Atlassian solutions, including workflow configurations, plugins, scripts, and database administration.
- Develop scripting solutions using languages like Groovy and Python, and integrate Atlassian applications with other systems using REST APIs.
- Provide system administration support for application servers, particularly on Linux and Windows platforms.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical consulting, software development, or the Atlassian toolset.
- Strong background in Atlassian Tools or Jira administration.
- Experience implementing ITSM, ITIL, Agile, and PMP methodologies.
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
- Ability to present solutions to customers based on provided requirements.
- Experience writing and contributing to technical reports.
Nice to Have
- Experience with web integration using REST APIs.
- Familiarity with the LATAM market.
- System administration and database administration experience.
- Pre-sales experience.
