The Hotels Network is an innovative technology company that offers pioneering solutions for the hospitality industry. With a global presence and a team of experts from diverse backgrounds, we aim to empower hotel brands by optimizing their booking experience and increasing direct revenue.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Intern to join our team in Barcelona, starting in January or February 2025. This internship will provide you with the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, drive business growth, and contribute to the development of our sales tools and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Create reports in the CRM to support the Sales team's performance analysis.
- Collaborate with the team to improve, define, and configure sales tools and processes for the sales department.
- Develop recommendations and visual aids to standardize CRM views for all team members.
- Assist the Sales team in identifying potential prospects and analyzing market trends.
- Conduct market research and analyze new markets and clients to identify best practices for increasing direct bookings.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, marketing, or a related field (learning agreement required).
- Available to start full-time around January/February 2025 and commit to at least 4-6 months.
- Familiarity with the hotel industry is highly valuable, while CRM knowledge (Salesforce) is a plus.
- Fluency in English is essential, with any additional language being a bonus.
