About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Commercial Marketing Analyst to drive data-led commercial performance excellence. As a key partner with our Commercial Marketing Team, you will help structure, refine, and prioritize data-driven hypotheses, generate insights and recommendations, and tell compelling stories that generate action and create business value.

Your Daily Adventure

As a Senior Commercial Marketing Analyst, you will:

  • Partner with commercial marketing stakeholders to identify, refine, and prioritize key business questions, both short-term and long-term.
  • Advise on analysis plans and conduct analysis using various internal and external data sources to generate insights and answer business questions and hypotheses.
  • Promote a test & learn, data-driven approach to hypothesis formulation and testing.
  • Manage analysis projects end-to-end, ensuring that analysis generates insights and insights become compelling recommendations.
  • Communicate effectively with various teams and seniorities across the organization, managing and influencing stakeholders to adopt insights and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities

The business questions we work on cover topics such as brand positioning, customer acquisition and investments, customer retention, lifecycle, & segmentation, pricing & promotional strategy, market strategy, modeling, & forecasting.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in a consulting, analytics, or other data-driven role, with strong business acumen and ideally in an international environment.
  • A decisive thinker with a strong understanding of customer behavior, ecommerce business models, the economics of digital and offline marketing, and evaluating competitors in a market.
  • Proven ability to ask probing questions, challenge the status quo, generate creative solutions, and have a bias for action.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to compellingly communicate insights and recommendations to drive business value.
  • Familiarity with common data dashboarding & visualization tools for self-service data and analysis.
