We're seeking a driven Client Success & Implementations Intern to join our Barcelona-based team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to make a tangible impact on our growth and results.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process, ensuring seamless tool adoption.
  • Client onboarding, setup, and monitoring of tool implementations.
  • Process client feedback to enhance product offerings.
  • Market research and analysis of new markets and clients to optimize direct bookings.
  • Collaborate with the product department in testing new tools and products.
  • Create and update engaging PowerPoint presentations for clients.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, marketing, or a related field.
  • Internship duration: minimum 4-5 months, starting around February 2025.
  • Learning agreement with a School/University required.
  • Fluent English; German, French, or Italian highly valued.
  • Full-time position.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry highly valued.
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in web browsing, multi-window navigation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and customer-focused skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with a hands-on attitude and sense of initiative.

Estimated salary: €15,000 - €20,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
