Your Role: Senior Partnership Growth Manager/Lead Partnership Development Specialist

As our ideal candidate, you will lead a team of Partner Account Managers, setting the tone for effective teamwork, frequent negotiations with key affiliate partners, and resolving complex requests from valued customers. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive partner portfolio growth through market insights and central team collaboration;
  • Providing comprehensive consultancy, support, and training on system portal usage to partners;
  • Conducting performance analysis on regional accounts and creating development strategies for new partner acquisitions;
  • Monitoring account activities to identify and implement precise solutions;
  • Preparing and submitting development pipelines.

Requirements and Qualifications

We expect our Senior Partnership Growth Manager/Lead Partnership Development Specialist to possess:

  • Proficiency in Spanish (reading, writing, communication) at C1+ level;
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, communication) at C1+ level;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills;
  • Experience in leading teams, negotiating, working with contractors and partners, and handling claims;
  • Confident data work in tables (Google Sheets, Excel);
  • Advanced Google Workspace skills.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
