Customer Service Technician Sheetfed Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Technician Sheetfed to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers, including on-site support at customer facilities, visits for testing and new business opportunities, and implementation of various projects.

You will identify technical product needs and monitor related technical activities. You will also provide technical advice and support in decision making, support the Commercial Department, develop technical solutions, and prepare technical and test reports.

Your tasks will include laboratory customer color matching, dispensing system knowledge, colorimetry, and use of spectrophotometers and other quality control equipment in the printing industry.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field
• First experiences in the Graphic Arts sector and knowledge in offset or narrow web inks and/or printing processes such as offset and/or UV flexography
• Knowledge in dispensing systems, colorimetry, and use of spectrophotometers, as well as other quality control equipment in the printing industry
• Ability to speak and write in English at B1-B2 level
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel
• High level in office automation tools, and knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Dynamic, innovative, and customer/results/team-oriented professional with a high level of flexibility and initiative
• Will to travel over Iberia 40% of the time
