Your Tasks - What you can expect as Customer Service Technician Sheetfeed & Narrow Web?
You perform technical assistance activities to support customers, including on-site support at customer's facilities, visits for testing and new business opportunities, as well as implementation of various projects.
You identify technical product needs and monitor any related technical activities.
You give technical advice and support in decision making.
You support the Commercial Department.
You develop technical solutions, also carrying out laboratory activities.
You prepare technical and test reports.
You do laboratory customer color matching.
Your Profile - What do you need to be successful as Customer Service Technician Sheetfeed & Narrow Web?
You have a Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in a related field, with first experiences in the Graphic Arts sector and knowledge in offset or narrow web inks and/or printing processes such as offset and/or UV flexography.
Knowledge in dispensing systems, colorimetry and use of spectrophotometers, as well as other quality control equipment in the printing industry is an asset.
You are able to speak and write in English at B1-B2 level.
You are proficient in MS Office tools, in particular Excel.
A high level in office automation tools, and knowledge of SAP is a plus.
You are a dynamic, innovative and customer/results/team oriented professional with a high level of flexibility and initiative.
You want to travel over Iberia 40% of your time.
