Your Tasks - What you can expect as Customer Service Technician Inks & Printing?
You perform technical assistance activities to support customers on-site and visit them for testing, new business opportunities and the implementation of various projects.
You identify technical product needs and monitor any related technical activities.
You give technical advice and support in decision making.
You develop technical solutions, also carrying out laboratory activities.
You prepare technical and test reports.
You do laboratory customer color matching.
Your Profile - What do you need to be successful as Customer Service Technician Inks & Printing?
You have a suitable qualification, e.g. a Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent in a related field.
You convince with first experiences in the printing industry in a technical position.
You are able to speak and write in English at B1-B2 level.
You are proficient in MS Office tools, in particular Excel.
You are a dynamic, innovative and customer/results/team oriented person with a high level of flexibility and initiative.
You want to travel over 40% of your time within Spain and Portugal.
