Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Technician Sheetfed & Narrow Web to join our team. As a key member of our commercial department, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers, including on-site support, testing, and new business opportunities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing technical assistance activities to support customers
  • Identifying technical product needs and monitoring related activities
  • Providing technical advice and support in decision-making
  • Supporting the commercial department
  • Developing technical solutions and conducting laboratory activities
  • Preparing technical and test reports
  • Performing laboratory customer color matching

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • First experiences in the Graphic Arts sector
  • Knowledge of offset or narrow web inks and/or printing processes
  • Ability to speak and write in English at B1-B2 level
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel
  • High level of flexibility and initiative
