Job Title: Helpdesk Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Helpdesk Technician to join our team at Leadtech. As a Helpdesk Technician, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance, providing timely and effective solutions to their problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers via email, phone, or ticketing tool
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques to resolve customer issues
  • Onboard new users and provision/deprovision workstations as needed
  • Manage hardware warranties and maintenance of licenses
  • Control logistics and inventory
  • Provide full technical support to workstations and peripherals
  • Determine the best solution based on customer issues and details
  • Walk customers through problem-solving processes
  • Direct unresolved issues to next level of support personnel
  • Record events and problems, and their resolution in logs
  • Follow-up and update customer status and information
  • Pass on customer feedback and suggestions to internal teams
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
  • Inform management of recurring problems
  • Stay current with system information, changes, and updates
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware, and other equipment
  • Experience researching, analyzing, and interpreting automated system problems
  • Knowledge of relevant call tracking applications
  • Knowledge and experience of customer service practices
  • Related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing help desk support
  • Advanced English Level

Hiring Process:
