At Zemsania, we are seeking a skilled Helpdesk 24X7 professional to join our team. As a Helpdesk 24X7, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior technicians.
- Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall customer experience.
- At least 3 months of experience in a technical support role.
- Proficiency in using ticketing tools and monitoring software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Catalan.
- A hybrid work model with 1 day per week in our office in Sant Joan D'Espí.
- An indefinite contract.
- A positive and dynamic work environment.
