Head of Customer and Commercial Technology Product Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Product Manager to lead our Customer and Commercial technology products. As a key member of our IAG Tech team, you will be responsible for owning the whole lifecycle of our technology products, ensuring they meet business expectations on quality, cost, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define the product vision and roadmap aligned to business and technology strategy, plans, and priorities.
  • Work with Enterprise Architecture to define a 3-5 year technology strategic roadmap for Customer and Commercial products.
  • Ensure strategic plans are actioned and funding is secured through financial planning processes.
  • Agree strategic themes, portfolio vision, and backlog with stakeholders.
  • Create frameworks to size, shape, and populate product teams to deliver product vision and roadmap.
  • Determine and monitor delivery approach, including Solution Delivery and Product Delivery.
  • Lead product teams to deliver business outcomes, value, and services that meet business expectations.
  • Ensure product operations in productive environments are seamless, with accountability for stability and resiliency.
  • Collaborate with Software Engineering to remove Tech Debt and Obsolescence.
  • Apply continuous improvement practices for all Customer and Commercial products.
Requirements
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of technology product delivery standards, frameworks, and methodologies.
  • Awareness of other standards and frameworks such as ITIL, SFIA, etc.
