Job Description

Job Title: Head of Customer and Commercial

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Customer and Commercial to join our team at IAG Tech. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of technology products that support the Customer and Commercial business processes of Iberia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision and Roadmap: Define the product vision and roadmap aligned to business and technology strategy, plans, and priorities.
  • Technology Strategic Roadmap: Work with the Enterprise Architecture team to define a 3-5 year technology strategic roadmap for Customer and Commercial products.
  • Delivery Approach: Determine and monitor the delivery approach, including requirements for Solution Delivery (Large Solution) and/or Product Delivery (Essential) approaches.
  • Product Team Leadership: Lead the product team to ensure it focuses on delivering business outcomes, value, and services that meet business expectations on time to market, quality, cost, and performance.
  • Performance Metrics: Ensure that the performance of the product team is demonstrated through KPIs that measure relevancy, usage, value, performance, quality, and delivery.
  • Product Operations: Ensure that products' operations in productive environments are seamless, being accountable for stability and resiliency of all products under Customer and Commercial business.
  • Continuous Improvement: Apply continuous improvement practices for all Customer and Commercial products.

Key Relationships/Interfaces:

  • External: Third-party strategic partners and key solution suppliers.
  • Internal: IAG Tech extended leadership team, Business Directors and Senior Managers of Iberia Customer and Commercial areas, Senior managers/customers from across the Group and relevant business areas.

Qualifications:

  • Educated to Degree Level or Equivalent Experience:
  • Strong Understanding of Technology Product Delivery Standards, Frameworks, and Methodologies:
  • Awareness of Other Standards and Frameworks: ITIL, SFIA, etc.

Skills:

  • Strong Leadership: In line with IAG Tech leadership framework, with a proven ability of influencing and persuading internally and externally both to tech and business teams.
  • Effective Senior Stakeholder Management: Balancing and finding compromises between opposing views and opinions.
  • Business Outcome and Value Driven:
  • Problem Solving and Understanding of the Broader Business Context: Business acumen.
  • Systematic and Rigorous Planning of Work and Priorities:
