Job Description

At Hach, we are committed to ensuring water quality for people around the world. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Engineer to join our team in the water industry. As a Field Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and growing our business in the assigned territory by managing all commercial tasks and ensuring optimal customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fulfillment of sales targets assigned according to KPIs.
  • Carrying out commercial activities and visits to industrial clients to achieve sales targets.
  • Preparation and follow-up of technical and commercial offers.
  • All commercial activities related to the proper development of industrial customer accounts.
  • Collaboration with the departments: Technical Service, Finance, Marketing, Administration, etc.
  • Carrying out projects aligned with the strategy of the global company at the regional level.

Requirements:

  • Broad sales experience in industrial water treatment in both lab and instrumentation of processes, for all types of industries: Power, Chemical, Pulp & Paper, Food, etc.
  • Experience in the use of CRM systems, preferably in SFDC.
  • Value-added education: engineering, chemistry, process technology, higher professional training, etc.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of customer relationships and excellent negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a medium level of English.
  • Advanced level of Catalan language.
