We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative Team Lead who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.
Your Responsibilities- Lead a developing team of SDRs operating in the DACH market
- Contribute to personal and professional growth of team members by providing individual coaching and training
- Personally run outbound campaigns via email, phone, and other touchpoints to close qualified meetings
- Present our solution to a range of people, including Office Managers, CFOs, Travel Managers, and HR Directors
- Define Quarterly OKRs with the Sales Development Manager
- Work with the Sales Executives and the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop
- Excellent level of German and a good level of English
- At least 2 years of experience in SAAS/B2B sales
- 'Lead by example' attitude: you should show others how to succeed
- Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and eager to raise the bar every day
- Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes
