We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Digital Transformation team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions that drive business process improvement and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions that meet business requirements and drive digital transformation.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to business stakeholders on SAP SuccessFactors solutions and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Requirements:
- University degree in an ICT-related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and design.
- Extensive experience with SAP modules and operating as an SAP super user/subject matter expert.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and experience in their design and implementation.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to analyze and improve them.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
