Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Installation Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Construction department, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of wind turbines, ensuring that all work is performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the work of contractor companies, adhering to labor safety, quality, and work instructions.
  • Manage daily on-site issues, reporting, and site work deliverables.
  • Plan and prepare site work rosters and schedules, handling and updating these in SAP.
  • Coordinate with on-site personnel to ensure timely, efficient, and safe work completion.
  • Liaise with on-site employer representatives and subcontractors.
  • Present site inductions to on-site personnel, subcontractors, and visitors.
  • Attend site meetings with clients.
  • Ensure Quality, OH&S, and Environmental requirements are maintained and complied with.
  • Conduct daily toolbox meetings and work team briefings.
  • Review and approve time sheets, expense reports, leave requests, overtime requests, and travel requests.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (desirable but not limiting).
  • Availability to travel in Iberia/South Africa.
  • High level of English (C1).
  • Service and people management experience in the wind industry, heavy machinery industry, or construction.
