Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Installation Supervisor to join our Construction department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising the work of contractor companies, ensuring adherence to labor safety guidelines, quality standards, and work instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage general daily on-site issues, reporting, and site work deliverables.
- Plan and prepare site work rosters and schedules, handling and updating these in SAP.
- Coordinate with on-site personnel to ensure timely, efficient, and safe work execution.
- Liaise with on-site employer representatives and subcontractors.
- Present the Site Induction to all on-site personnel, subcontractors, and visitors.
- Ensure Quality, OH&S, and Environmental requirements are maintained and complied with.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (desirable but not limiting).
- High level of English (C1).
- Availability to travel in Iberia/South Africa.
- Service and people management experience in the wind industry, heavy machinery industry, or construction.
