Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Operations to oversee the daily operations of our business, ensuring that our processes run smoothly and efficiently, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of the company's operations, including supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement.
- Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for operational improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring that all departments operate within budgetary constraints.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality across all operations, from product sourcing to delivery and installation.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on operational performance, analyzing data to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operations management role, preferably in retail.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and other relevant software.
- Language: Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
- Location: Must be based in Málaga, Spain.
