About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development professional to join our team at Amazon Road Transport Spain, S.L.U. as a Senior Sales Consultant.

This exciting opportunity involves developing strategic relationships with top-level customers, driving business growth, and ensuring profitability in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of new business opportunities and manage existing ones to drive revenue growth.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts, leveraging your expertise to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Product, and Tech, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of customer solutions.
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and lead efforts to address gaps and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Development, Sales, or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ownership and results-driven mindset, with excellent communication skills and ability to advise senior leadership effectively.
  • Prioritize goals and demonstrate relentless discipline in setting and achieving targets.
  • Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or relevant postgraduate degree.
  • Experience in the B2C logistics industry or similar sector.
  • Expertise in MS Office Suite, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce.com), sales and marketing automation tools, and eLearning platforms.
  • Familiarity with database management systems (SQL, Amazon Redshift).

Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €100,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Location: Madrid, Spain (with moderate travel within the country)
