Key Responsibilities- Lead operational teams on a shift, dealing with issues, and positively impacting site performance.
- Analyse shift performance against relevant business objectives, and put in place actions to improve operational excellence.
- Work closely with other support teams, including HR, Finance, Health and Safety, and Security.
- Design and deliver initiatives across the sites to improve operational performance.
You will be part of the Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team, a diverse group that plays a central role in our success.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, relevant experience in people and stakeholder management, and advanced proficiency in English and intermediate proficiency in the local language (Spanish).
