About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Kronospan. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with customers, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  4. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, and negotiate deals.
  5. Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless sales processes.
  6. Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, highlighting key trends and opportunities.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  2. Language Skills: Fluency in English is a plus, but not required.
  3. Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
