Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategies
  • Prepare and present sales reports, analysis, and insights to management
  • Visit customers regularly to build relationships, understand their needs, and identify new business opportunities

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials industry
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
