Senior Assistant, Medical Affairs

BeiGene is a rapidly growing company with exciting opportunities for experienced professionals. We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Senior Assistant to support our Medical Affairs team in Spain and Portugal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Medical Affairs team, including filing, answering phone calls, and preparing documents.
  • Organize mail, couriers, and travel arrangements for the leadership.
  • Support in organization of internal meetings and events with healthcare professionals and partners.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and assist with vendor on-boarding and contract management.
  • Assist with travel arrangements for the leadership and support in management of local operational expenses.
  • Support in preparation of medical materials and internal material approval and documentation process.
  • First point of contact for General Network enabling for EU medical team.
  • Support in communication projects and production of communication campaigns.
  • Compliance support in structuring and managing processes and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience assisting high-level leaders.
  • Good to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, and SAP.
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
