As HSE Conformance Audits Manager, you will oversee the execution of the HSE Audits Program for internal locations, ensuring legal compliance and promoting a positive HSE culture across the organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with Sandoz HSE Leadership teams and stakeholders to assess organizational needs and develop a global health, safety, and environment strategy.
  • Developing and implementing policies and programs to reduce HSE Audits Program related risks and liabilities.
  • Guiding site leadership on compliance requirements and advising HSE business partners.
  • Leveraging subject matter experts and resources to deliver required results and quality of support.
  • Influencing leaders and associates to embed the Audits Program in the Sandoz culture.
  • Facilitating the definition of the Audits Program and related KPIs, monitoring performance, and ensuring accurate reporting of relevant data.
  • Leading HSE Audits assurance work, including execution of internal conformance and external legal compliance audits.
  • Ensuring relevant Supplier Audits Program training is provided effectively.
  • Establishing a strong and effective network with Business Partners and HSE networks.
  • Providing ongoing coaching and support to HSE leaders worldwide.
  • Deploying new ideas and using innovative digital tools and platforms for providing Supplier Audits Program direction.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • University degree (min. Masters degree, or equivalent), ideally in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, additional languages preferred.
  • 6+ years of proven experience in HSE Audits Program domain.
  • Solid program management experience including budget, senior management reporting, and working in matrix teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • High emotional intelligence and a leadership style that is inclusive and proactive.
