HSE Conformance Audits Manager

Sandoz is seeking a highly skilled HSE Conformance Audits Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) department, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of our HSE Audits Program across internal locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as subject matter expert and key driver for HSE Audits, improvements, and initiatives.
- Ensure legal compliance with respect to the Audits Program.
- Lead the Global HSE Audits on internal sites, providing coordination, support, and guidance to all Sandoz operations worldwide.
- Promote a positive HSE Culture with influence across all levels of the organization.
- Govern the HSE Audits Program framework, controls, and reporting.
- Conduct HSE audits of internal networks and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory country-specific requirements and internal standards.
Requirements:
- University degree (min. Masters degree, or equivalent), ideally in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluent English, additional languages preferred.
- 6+ years of proven experience in HSE Audits Program domain.
- Solid program management experience including budget, senior management reporting, and working in matrix teams.
- Solid experience in strategy definition and enterprise program management.
