About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Agent to join our team at Pagero Group. As a Technical Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues related to our software
  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues using various tools and systems
  • Provide clear and concise instructions to customers to resolve their issues
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues
  • Continuously improve knowledge and skills to provide best-in-class support

Requirements

  • Completed upper secondary education
  • Post-secondary education in systems science, IT, or technology is a merit
  • Experience from support, service, or technology is a plus
  • A great interest and understanding of technology
  • Fluency in Arabic, English, and Spanish
  • Advanced knowledge of French, Portuguese, and/or German is a big plus
  • Madrid resident
  • Legally allowed to work in Spain
