We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven **Associate Territory Manager Orthopedic Instruments** to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the orthopedic instruments market.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and expand our market share.
  • Train and motivate indirect channels to reach sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Focus on creating profitable deals and managing customer relationships to drive business growth.
  • Develop complex deals with financial variables and present them to high-level stakeholders.
  • Review contracts and negotiate conditions to ensure compliance and profitability.
  • Coordinate the distribution and logistics of our products to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide customer care and support to head nurses and hospital administration to achieve qualitative and sales-oriented consultation.
  • Promote and launch new products to drive business growth and expand our market share.
  • Support the implementation of our national strategy in terms of referrals, education, and marketing.
  • Prepare business reviews and forecasts to ensure accuracy and alignment with business plans.
  • Coordinate agent and dealer activity to ensure sales pipeline alignment and data accuracy.
  • Conduct training sessions with marketing to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Take accountability for Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and customer relationships.
  • Promote and disseminate a culture of compliance and ethical behavior.
